We specialize in quality commercial millwork, finish carpentry, and interior construction. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and supervise carpenters and installation crews on commercial job sites. Oversee commercial millwork installation, finish carpentry, and interior build-outs. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction specifications. Coordinate job-site activities, materials, deliveries, and subcontractors. Monitor project schedules, workmanship, and productivity. Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades. Resolve field issues and keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong experience in commercial carpentry, finish carpentry, or architectural millwork. Previous experience leading a crew or supervising construction sites. Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA training is a plus.
