About the role

ARVA in New York is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to be the first contact for guests, delivering genuine hospitality and ensuring a welcoming, organized space. You will follow opening/closing duties, take reservations, assist seating, and coordinate with the Maître d and staff to anticipate guest needs. Must have 1 year in a luxury hotel or similar setting, be able to work weekends, and possess strong communication. Multilingual abilities and SevenRooms experience are a plus.
