Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG) is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join their physician-owned multi-specialty group in Woodland, CA. This general adult ENT opportunity features a single-clinic, single-hospital model with some pediatric exposure and no cosmetic practice. Physicians will work alongside tenured colleagues while benefiting from a two-year shareholder track with equal-share ownership. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care (primarily adult patients) Perform ear surgery Participate in shared, practice-only call rotation (1:7) Collaborate closely with long-standing ENT colleagues Contribute to a collegial, physician-led care environment Pursue leadership opportunities within the medical group, if desired Compensation 18-month guaranteed salary: $549,601 Productivity-based WRVU model beginning month 19 Sign-on bonus Relocation stipend Two-year shareholder track with equal ownership
