Base Salary: $115,000-$130,000, negotiable based on experience

Position Overview: Our client, a nationally established home-infusion organization, is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to grow Chronic and IVIG patient referrals throughout the Chicago market. This is an individual-contributor business development role, not a people-management position. You'll build relationships with physicians, specialty clinics, healthcare organizations, and payors while partnering with internal clinical and operational teams.
What You'll Do:
  • Generate Chronic, IVIG, and specialty-infusion referrals throughout the Chicago market
  • Build relationships with physicians, clinics, specialists, payors, and other referral sources
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan
  • Grow new business while expanding existing referral relationships
  • Conduct provider presentations, educational meetings, and clinical in-services
  • Partner with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations to support patient onboarding and service delivery
  • What You'll BringProven healthcare business development or account-management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to sell healthcare services
  • Chronic infusion and/or IVIG experience
  • Experience building relationships with physicians, specialty practices, clinics, or payors
  • Ability to independently manage and grow a geographic territory
  • Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Home infusion, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, SCIG, biologics, or chronic disease therapy experience strongly preferred
  • Reimbursement, payer, managed-care, or patient-access knowledge preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $115,000-$130,000 base salary, with flexibility based on experience
