About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Solutions to spearhead the development of operational and financial models that underpin new business opportunities within its revenue cycle service offerings. The successful candidate will be tasked with the critical role of translating prospective client data and service scopes into robust staffing models, delivery strategies, and preliminary pricing P&Ls. This leadership position requires a strategic partner who can collaborate with sales and operational teams to evaluate client opportunities, define service scope, and establish the necessary assumptions for solution design, staffing, and pricing. The VP will also be responsible for leading the development of opportunity-level staffing models and financial P&Ls, as well as conducting financial sensitivity analyses to ensure the profitability of the proposed solutions. Applicants for the Vice President, Commercial Solutions role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a comparable services environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. A strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle operations, financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, are essential. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in building complex staffing and financial models, developing pricing strategies, and the ability to analyze large datasets to make informed business decisions.
