About the role
Leading a team of Clinical Validation Auditors, the full-time RN Licensed Senior Auditor will supervise audit processes, ensure quality outcomes, and optimize team performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Oversees the audit team to produce quality outcomes and well-written findings based on national standards
Handles training, performance optimization, and process improvements for team members while monitoring productivity and quality deliverables
Collaborates with management on employee relations and performance management, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices
Required qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing
Active RN License in state of residence
2+ years of prior management or supervisory experience preferred
5+ years of related experience in auditing, particularly in Place of Service, Short Stay, and Readmission audits
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases
