About the role
Position Summary:
The Risk & Compliance Coordinator designs, implements, maintains, and continuously improves the administrative systems supporting Santa Energy's safety, insurance, regulatory compliance, and risk management programs. The role ensures critical compliance information is accurate, organized, audit-ready, and supports operational decision-making. This position ensures the supporting systems remain reliable and audit-ready. Insurance & Risk Administration· Manage COI records for proper insurance coverage and expirations.· Implement and maintain subcontractor agreements.· Support captive insurance audits.· Maintain insurance documentation.· Manage outgoing COI requests for all customers. Commercial & Wholesale Compliance· Monitor wholesale customer licensing.· Verify commercial marine diesel certifications.· Track expirations and notify Wholesale Department of any changes.· Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates. Training & Compliance· Maintain safety training matrix.· Track quarterly insurer-required training.· Coordinate training documentation. Safety Systems & Fleet Compliance· Maintain Lytx driver, vehicle and camera assignments.· Support fleet maintenance documentation.· Support maintenance of DOT compliance records. Information Systems & Process Management· Design tracking systems.· Document SOPs and workflows.· Continuously improve processes.· Prepare compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- 0-5 years relevant experience.· Strong Excel and Office skills.· Excellent organization and attention to detail.· Ability to design processes and tracking systems.· Strong written communication.
