Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Wisconsin | Established Multi-Specialty Group Practice Established, high-demand surgical practices in Wisconsin are seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a collaborative, dentist-led organization. Step into a mature practice with strong internal and external referral sources and immediate surgical volume.
Position Highlights:
- Established practices with built-in referral network4 or 5 day work week
- Full-time schedule of 36+ clinical hours
- Strong internal referrals from general dentists and specialists

Compensation & Benefits:
- $500,000 base compensation plus production incentive
- Earning potential exceeding $1,000,000+12 month guarantee period

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, teeth, jaws, and facial structures
- Perform surgical procedures including impacted and surgical extractions
- Place dental implants and perform related grafting procedures
- Administer anesthesia services as appropriate
- Utilize diagnostic imaging and clinical evaluation to develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on procedures, risks, and post-operative care
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive treatment
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
- Strong surgical skillset and patient-focused communication
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continued professional development
