About the role: Lead a purpose‑driven senior living community—champion culture, support exceptional resident experiences, and steward the business. You’ll guide people, operations, sales, quality, and compliance while developing a high‑performing team and strong market presence.
What you’ll do: Oversee daily community operations within Highgate policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with state licensing, OSHA, and safety standardsLead hiring, coaching, and development of department heads and teamsDrive occupancy and community reputation through sales leadership and outreachManage budgets, labor, billing accuracy, and expense controlsFoster customer engagement; respond to feedback and uphold service standardsChair or participate in Safety Committee and track workers’ compensation casesEnsure required training is delivered and documentedSkills & attributesInspiring, hands‑on leadership and sound judgmentOperational acumen and financial literacy (P&L, labor, KPIs) Clear communication, coaching, and conflict resolutionOrganized, proactive, and calm under pressureWarm, professional customer service; resident‑first mindsetRelatable experienceSenior living leadership or healthcare/hospitality general managementRegulatory compliance and survey readinessCommunity outreach, sales leadership, and business developmentQualifications 21+ years of age; valid driver’s licenseLeadership experience managing multi‑department teamsMeets state licensing/administrator requirements (or ability to obtain)CPR/First Aid and current TB (or ability to obtain) Proficient with computers and basic software; organized and detail‑orientedAble to pass background checks required for healthcare environmentsWhy join HighgateWe offer more than a job—we offer a mission. 401(k) with matchingEmployee referral bonusesFull benefits packageGrowth pathways and internal promotionsPositive, inclusive, values‑driven culture
