About the role

Leading a small team in a full-time capacity, the Director of Retail Transformation will manage the operating model, strategy, and execution of Pinterest's strategic retail partnerships, collaborating across various departments and utilizing AI to drive measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the centralized operating model for strategic retail partnerships, including prioritization and executive reporting Develop clear strategic points of view across key retail growth areas, aligning cross-functional stakeholders Own end-to-end partnership management for major commerce platform partners, driving integrated partnership plans Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, strategy, or business development with ownership of complex programs Experience leading end-to-end initiatives across highly matrixed organizations Proven track record in retail media or commerce partnerships involving multiple stakeholders Strong background in developing new ads, commerce, or partnership solutions with Product and Engineering teams Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
