About the role

Pharma Essentia USA is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director of Field Analytics and Insights to lead U.S. analytics for customer-facing teams. You will frame high-value questions, combine CRM, claims, specialty data, and other sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve field execution for BESREMi and PE-CX priorities. You will collaborate with PE-CX, Sales, and other functions to establish analytics roadmaps, measurement standards, and scalable reporting
