Summary: Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in VA. Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive ABA treatment plans in collaboration with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teamsConduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to ensure optimal treatment outcomesProvide training and coaching to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trustStay current with industry best practices, research, and evidence-based methodologiesRequirementsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related fieldBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) At least 1 year of experience as a BCBAExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with ABA software and electronic documentation systemsWork EnvironmentThis is a part-time and full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options.
