About the Job We are looking for a Director of Maintenance to oversee field maintenance operations, lead a team of technicians, and collaborate with HOA boards and managers.
Responsibilities Manage a team of Field Maintenance Technicians by assigning work orders
Rebrand internal and external relationships with managers and HOA board members
Maintain focus and influence people without getting distracted
Determine internal and external revenue goals
Drive the team to exceed revenue goals
Lead projects assigned by HOA boards
Execute pricing and presentations for managers and board liaisons
Maintain and improve field work performed by technicians and subcontractors
Requirements / Skills 5 years of experience in construction or maintenance with a front‑facing customer service role required
Management experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to problem‑solve and work independently
Valid driver’s license required for driving around the Denver area (company vehicle or monthly car allowance provided)

Job Details Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, on‑call
Work setting: Office and outdoor work
Relocation: Must relocate to Greenwood Village, CO 80111 before starting work (required)
