Overview: Trendsetting hairdressers. Mindful spa therapists, as a Front Desk and Spa Coordinators at Gould's Salon & Spa's, you'll work with some seriously creative people, and their clients think so too. Just like their service provider, you'll connect with each client, striving to make the entirety of their visit spectacular in every way. Responsibilities:
  • Act as the guest liaison with the Stylist and spa staff to ensure our guests enjoy the ultimate salon & spa experience
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Assist with check-in by explaining salon and spa services
  • Conclude the guest visit with a smooth checkout process
  • Graciously thank them for their visit

Qualifications:
  • Available to work any shifts with no restrictions, specifically Saturdays and Sundays
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • Positive attitude
  • Consistent attendance with excellent work ethic
  • Ability to build positive and meaningful relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Strong computer, keyboard and mathematic skills
