About the Role: The Data Analytics Manager powers how Filthy understands its business across every sales channel. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of data and operations: owning recurring data pulls and reconciliation across multiple platforms, partnering with the BI team to build out channel and distributor reporting, and turning transactional and syndicated data into insights and opportunities for the team, like "what does our data say?" and "how do we keep our systems talking to each other correctly?"This is a hands-on, team-contributor role with real ownership, ideal for someone who wants to build and run analytics operations for a high-growth brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
  • Data Integrity & Reconciliation:
  • Pull, reconcile, and QA data from NetSuite, VIP, Nielsen, Y Drinks, Compass, Diver, and Amazon Selling Central for recurring reporting and planning cycles. Flag anomalies or outages and escalate for the Director's review.
  • CRM & Systems Administration: Maintain and administer the CRM platform—call point setup, data integrity, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting—and manage connected-systems integration across VIP, NetSuite, and the CRM.Reporting & Dashboards:
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across all sales channels covering compliance tracking, reorder rates, customer rebates, and opportunity flagging.
  • Tactical & Business Review Reporting: Own T&E, tactical, and other recurring operational reporting, and build first-pass decks and reports for regional and channel reviews and LE communications.
  • Partner with the BI team to build out channel and distributor reporting.
  • Support the broader Commercial and Sales team with data pulls, reporting, and ad hoc analysis requests
  • Support the Director on cross-functional asks from other departments
  • Analytics & Insights:
  • Analyze Amazon and e-commerce sales performance.
  • Support pricing and revenue management analysis across channels.
  • Perform seasonality and variance analysis using established methodologies.
  • Surface insights and flag growth or risk opportunities across channels for leadership.
  • Annual Planning Cycle:· Support NSPB planning and budgeting cycles, NA Planning Tool maintenance, and NSPB pricing updates and system administration.
Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in CRM management, sales analysis, FP&A, or a related data or marketing operations role. Hands-on experience administering a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce or similar), including building workflows, managing data fields, and configuring reporting. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and/or a BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar), and mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced pivot tables, intermediate to advanced formulas, and data visualization that turns data into a digestible format. Experience managing complex datasets in a Business Intelligence or Commercial Analytics function, with a strong track record in data mining and manipulation and proficiency managing datasets. Comfort working with data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, VIP, NetSuite, Nielsen, Compass/Diver) and reconciling it into a single source of truth. Demonstrated ability to turn raw data into clear, decision-ready insights and dashboards for non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented and organized, with commercial project management experience and the ability to own a system end-to-end, driving an analysis from planning through completion with minimal supervision and independent thinking. Ability to work extended hours as needed, respond promptly to weekend communications, travel lightly, and occasionally lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 20 lbs.
Preferred Experience: Experience in food, CPG, alcohol beverage/three-tier distribution, or a consumer brand environment. NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) or similar planning and budgeting tool experience. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate analysis and reporting.
