You will lead a team, drive full-cycle estimating, and build strategic cost models for civil, mechanical, and process-heavy infrastructure. You will collaborate with executives, engineers, and public-sector clients to shape pursuit strategies, analyze drawings for constructability, and optimize lifecycle costs while maintaining margin and program goals.
