This role is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, supporting both internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that meetings, projects, and executive operations run seamlessly.Key responsibilities:Own the coordination of internal and external meetings, including scheduling, AV setup, and materials preparation, with a focus on accuracy and anticipating logistical needs.Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports, ensuring every detail is accounted for and proactively resolve conflicts or issues.Prepare, proofread, and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, with a sharp eye for grammar, consistency, and visual clarity.Support departmental projects, webinars, and special events, taking initiative to streamline processes and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.Oversee mailroom operations, shipments, and front office tasks with reliability and a commitment to maintaining a professional environment.Requirements:We’re looking for candidates with 1–3+ years of administrative experience and a track record of excellence. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).Meticulous attention to detail – you catch what others miss.A self-starter mindset – you take initiative and follow through.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading ability.Ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and professionalism.A collaborative spirit – you work well on a team and contribute to shared success.Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.Employee may be asked to sign and comply with confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements, as applicable to the role.Work Schedule:This position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with two telework days per week and flexibility based on front office coverage needs.About AEM:AEM is the leading organization in North America advancing construction and agriculture equipment manufacturers and their value chain partners in the global marketplace.
