About the role
Leading the strategy and implementation of tax technology solutions, the full-time Senior Tax Technology Manager will develop a multi-year transformation roadmap to enhance operational efficiency and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive tax technology and process transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals
Lead end-to-end redesign of tax processes to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and compliance
Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation initiatives, balancing business priorities and resource capacity
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in tax operations, process transformation, or related initiatives
5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional programs and teams
Strong understanding of tax operations, compliance processes, and tax technology ecosystems
Experience with workflow automation and operational improvement methodologies
