What You'll Do:
  • Supervise, coach, and train Eyewear Sales Stylist teams across 3–5 retail locations
  • Champion our telemedicine eye exam workflows and keep every store's team exam-ready
  • Own inventory accuracy, store readiness, and consistency across your locations
  • Roll up your sleeves and provide hands-on operational coverage when a store needs itTurn escalated customer concerns into resolved, loyal patients
  • Track performance metrics across your stores and drive the improvements that move the needle
  • What You BringActive Licensed Optician credential (Massachusetts required)5+ years of optical experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or multi-site role
  • Deep optical knowledge — lenses, standards, troubleshooting, all of itLeadership that inspires: strong training, coaching, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly between locations
