About the role
Amazon's Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) team seeks a Customer Support Analyst to serve as the front-line interface between publishers and Amazon for the KDP platform. You will assist authors in publishing, marketing, and selling content in the Kindle store, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
