About the role

The Development Associate supports the development initiatives of a team that raises $2-3M annually. The position provides grant management, organizational administration support and database management in donor software (Bloomerang).
Core Responsibilities include: CRM (Customer Resource Management) Manager, accurately inputting donor information, giftagreements, gifts, recording and tracking pledges and financial deposits Creating Donor profiles and lists from the CRM as requested Grant Management, tracking, grant writing and reporting Accounts Payable Administrative support for Development as requested Demonstrate professional conduct and good judgement Perform other related duties as requested
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required in Technology, Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Non-profit or related field 2-3 years or more preferred in development administration Must embrace the mission of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation Positive attitude & team oriented Ability to work well with Foundation team, Board of Directors, Park Board staff, Park Commissioners, donors and volunteer groups Ability to anticipate needs for each project, working in a fast-paced environment Established, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational, prioritization skills, critical thinking and follow through Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Experience with donor relations management software preferred
