About the role

To design and implement innovative agent workflows, the full-time remote Agent Architect will engineer behavior for multi-agent systems, focusing on core systems and bespoke client solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design and implement multi-agent workflows, including task decomposition and state management Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure and optimize agent performance at scale Act as the technical lead for complex client deployments, translating creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows Required qualifications 3+ years of direct experience with generative AI and a strong understanding of LLMs and multimodal models Proven systems thinking with the ability to understand complex interactions within agent architectures Technical literacy in Python, JSON structures, and API documentation; experience with orchestration frameworks is a plus Familiarity with benchmarking and A/B testing of AI outputs to ensure performance measurement Ability to translate creative concepts into technical specifications for AI behavior adjustments
