Full-Time Member Services Phone FC (Call Center Rep)
Role:
Responsible for providing an excellent member service experience. Assists members and potential members with a wide variety of account services and account maintenance. Identifies and suggests financial services that would improve our members' lives. Courteously and promptly resolves member questions and problems or properly refers them to the appropriate department. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: 60%Handles members' phone and online inquiries, addresses questions about products and services, resolves issues within authority, and refers complex problems to a supervisor with recommendations.20%Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.10%Process wire requests and respond to call center emails in a timely manner. Assist with web & video chat as time permits.10%Conducts account maintenance functions as needed, including all types of deposit products; explains various account and ownership options, providing the necessary counseling to meet members' needs. Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
