About the role
OEI (O'Brien Engineering & Architecture) is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. This position plays a key role in ensuring projects are executed efficiently by coordinating documentation, tracking schedules, communicating with clients and internal teams, and assisting project managers with day-to-day administrative and project coordination tasks.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Job Location: On site in Dallas, TX officeProject Coordinator Responsibilities:Provide administrative and project support to multiple Project Managers.Assist with project setup, organization, and maintenance of project files.Prepare, review, and distribute project documents, reports, and correspondence.Track project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, and milestones.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.Communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal team members regarding project status and documentation.Process contracts, proposals, and change orders as needed.Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is current and complete.Support project closeout by organizing final documentation and deliverables.Perform general office and administrative duties to support the engineering team.Project Coordinator Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.Professional and customer-focused attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Project Coordinator Benefits Summary: If you believe you have the qualifications and experience and are interested in joining our team, please send your resume, cover letter, and desired salary.
