About the role
Whatnot is seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Carrier Operations to own the global carrier function end to end. You will manage relationships with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, drive pricing decisions, monitor shipping health, and lead a high‐impact team.You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, CX, and Public Policy to navigate tariffs, API changes, and rate negotiations while scaling operations for international growth and improved customer experience.
