Description: We are looking for technical staff members to play key roles to design and collaborate with foundry to develop new products for volume manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop epi structures of high-speed photodiode (100G/lane and above) Mask layout generation Data analysis to build correlation between performance and designs. Failure analysis of issues affecting functionality and performance. Work closely with internal and external epitaxial engineer, integration engineer, packaging/testing for product development and quality improvement. Limited travel
Qualifications: Ph. D degree in EE, materials, optics, physics related to semiconductor lasers industry experience required. 5+ years of experience is preferred Hands-on design experience of high-speed PD is required. Experience with 200G PD design or UTC design is preferred. Track record of successful massive production delivery is preferred. Experience in wafer processing, packaging/testing, epitaxial characterization, reliability and failure analysis is preferred. In-depth knowledge in PD physics and modeling.
