About the role
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including campaign ideas, copy, audience segmentation and performance analysis
- Create and manage social media content, graphics and other marketing assets
- Support website content, landing pages, sales collateral and other marketing initiatives
- Manage marketing calendars and help coordinate campaigns and projects from idea through execution
- Use Salesforce and other marketing systems to manage campaigns, customer data, lists and reporting
- Monitor sales and operational reports to identify trends and help ensure best practices and processes are being followed across sales teams
- Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
- Support the rollout of new marketing and operational initiatives, tools and processes
- Assist with general marketing, reporting and administrative needs across the business
- What We're Looking For1–3 years of marketing or operations experience
- Strong writing and communication skills with a creative eye for content and design
- Experience with email marketing and social media
- Comfortable creating graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of CRM best practices
- Comfortable working with data and reports
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership of projects
