About the role
AI Trainer We are working on an initiative that supports the development of next-generation AI systems by creating data that helps train and evaluate advanced language models. - Smooth completion of realistic tasks
- Recognition of limitations when tasks are impossible
- Natural, human-like conversation when no tools are required
- Consistently apply internal guidelines to keep outputs accurate and high-quality.

Exceptional written English with attention to clarity, tone, and nuance.
Creative mindset and ability to design scenarios that feel natural and relevant.
Experience with AI assistants, large language models, or tool-driven frameworks (a plus, but not essential).Consistency in following structured workflows and formatting requirements.
Professional fluency in English and at least one of the designated target locales.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
