About the role
We are seeking RT/NDT Technicians at the Level I and Level II levels. The roles support radiographic testing of manufactured castings, including X-ray operations, film evaluation and interpretation, documentation, equipment maintenance, and quality control activities.

Shifts: 4:00 AM shift – 2 openings9:00 AM shift – 2 openings
Pay:
$22–$35/hour, depending on certifications and RT level9:00 AM shift: 20% shift differential
Roles & Responsibilities:
RT Level 1:Prepare and X-ray parts using approved techniques.
Follow customer specifications and company procedures.
Assist with casting rework and part serialization.
Organize and distribute X-ray film.
Maintain film processor equipment and work areas.
Perform and verify calibrations when required.
Provide oversight to X-ray trainees and verify/sign off on X-ray shots.
RT Level 2:Evaluate, interpret, and disposition X-ray films.
Identify possible imperfections such as cracks, porosity, lack of fusion, and inclusions.
Establish techniques and procedures and interpret codes, standards, and specifications.
Oversee and examine X-ray trainees and Level 1 personnel.
Organize and assign work to X-ray personnel when needed.
Document film evaluation results.
Perform and verify calibrations when required.
Qualifications:
RT Level 1:40 hours of documented formal training.
Minimum 400 hours of on-the-job training.
Training in accordance with NAS-410 and C.M. procedure TP-NDT.Practical experience as an RT trainee.
RT Level 2:80 hours of documented formal training.1,200 hours of on-the-job training.
Documented training as RT Level 1.Training in accordance with NAS-410 and C.M. procedure TP-N.D.T.Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume and indicate whether they are RT Level 1 or RT Level 2.
