Service ValetThe Service Valet plays a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience by serving as one of the first and last points of contact for Acura service guests. This position supports the service department by ensuring smooth vehicle flow, maintaining a professional service drive, and upholding Acura's high standards of customer care and vehicle handling.
Responsibilities include: Greet Acura customers promptly and professionally upon arrival and assist with service check-inSafely park, retrieve, and stage customer vehicles in accordance with dealership and Acura guidelinesMaintain an organized, clean, and efficient service drive and parking areasPerform basic vehicle inspections (mileage, fuel level, exterior condition) and report findings to cashierCoordinate with service advisors, technicians, and porters to ensure timely vehicle movementFollow all safety procedures and protect customer vehicles at all timesProvide a courteous, polished, and luxury-level experience that reflects the Acura brandQualifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periodsDependable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedThis role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with vehicles, interacting with customers, and representing a premium automotive brand in a fast-paced dealership environment.
