About the role
Responsible for calculating, adjusting, and processing sales commissions for thousands of agents, the full-time remote Commissions Analyst will maintain commission databases, ensure timely payments, and handle inquiries related to commission calculations.
Key responsibilities
Maintain commission database and ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions
Perform audits of commission statements and assist with daily, weekly, and monthly commission processes
Analyze commission disputes, identify discrepancies, and explain commission calculations to agents
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent analytical experience
Prior experience with sales compensation calculations and reporting is preferred
Familiarity with compensation tools such as Varicent, Xactly, or SAP Callidus is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
