Qualifications: Proven supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations Comfortable working rotating shifts (2-2-3 schedule, days and nights)Resilient leader who accepts constructive criticism, adapts quickly, and leads through change Someone who treats others with respect, holds teams accountable, and leads without ego Strong communicator who values collaboration and continuous learning What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)Experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on continuous improvement Demonstrated success developing employees and building strong teams
