- Performing advanced copper terminations and testing
- Building and dressing telecommunications racks and cabinets to professional standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving cabling issues.
- Assisting with material planning and inventory counts.
- Applying grounding and bonding best practices.
- Training and mentoring Installer I technicians.
- Communicating professionally with customers, general contractors, and project managers.
- Assisting with basic fiber optic handling and installation.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the installation process.
