IEX is seeking a Senior Market Operations Specialist to join the Options Market Operations team in New York. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of U.S. options market structure, electronic trading systems, and risk management as you help operate the IEX Options exchange. You will develop automation, analyze data to resolve client issues, and collaborate with technology, product, compliance, and business teams. The position offers a base salary in the stated range plus bonus and equity.
