Finance Manager
Experience: Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $150,000 per year
Key Responsibilities and DutiesLead finance and accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, and fixed assets Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close and financial reporting for consolidation purposes Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRSManage relationships with external auditors Lead cash management and liquidity planning Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, coordinating corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory filings Monitor regulatory developments impacting the business Establish and maintain internal controls, financial governance, and risk management processes Optimize accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels Improve the cash conversion cycle and working capital efficiency Coordinate relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and other external financial stakeholders Lead and develop the Accounting and Administration team Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Collaborate with international finance stakeholders on reporting and consolidation
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is the minimum education requirement.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of finance/accounting experience, with a focus on manufacturing finance and accounting
  • Experience in finance leadership, including managing accounting teams, month-end/year-end close, consolidation reporting, and tax compliance
  • Strong background in SAP, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and financial reporting tools
  • LiProven experience with financial reporting, treasury, cash management, working capital optimization, and internal controlsCPA, multinational company experience, and HVAC, heat-transfer, data center, power generation, or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
