About the role

As an Automotive Body Technician at McCluskey Chevrolet you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various auto body issues, restoring vehicles to their optimal condition. JOB TITLEAutomotive Body Technician REPORTS TO: Body Shop Manager LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Properly read and supplement repair estimates Restore structural dimensions and integrity to the collision damaged vehicles Use measuring and frame equipment to diagnose damage and return damaged frame or unibody parts to manufacturer's specifications Use hand tools and power tools to remove or repair damaged parts, weld as needed, and properly install new parts Work with a variety of metals and plastics, as well as glass, electrical and mechanical parts Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts for repairs Research repair information as needed WE'RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:3 years of experience as a collision /body technician I-CAR and aluminum certification preferred High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License HERE'S HOW WE TAKE CARE OF YOU (AND YOUR LOVED ONES):Medical, dental, and vision benefits Voluntary benefits available Paid time off upon hire Paid company holidays 401(k) with employer match Growth potential Automotive discounts IF YOU ARE QUALIFIED, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION:An Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V.
