About the role
Ardurra Houston seeks a Traffic Operations Team Leader to guide technical leadership and growth for the Central Region. You will drive HSIP/TSMO/ITS initiatives and lead multi-project efforts with federal/state partners, while mentoring staff and shaping client-focused solutions.
You will collaborate with leadership, pursue major projects, and help position Ardurra as a trusted traffic engineering and safety partner across transportation programs.
