W2 Only Duration: 12+ Months with possibility of extension Location: Seattle, WA Pay Range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a Mid-Level Software Development Engineer for our Platform team in Seattle, WA, to provide first-level support and development for incoming production software application issues, particularly within merchandising applications. The role is critical in developing monitoring solutions, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementing fixes for internally developed code, with a direct impact on customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement monitoring solutions to scrutinize our features effectively. Troubleshoot and debug internally developed code, primarily Java, and perform necessary SQL queries to resolve issues. Collaborate with development teams on Clients' Corporate and Divisional Software projects to enhance current software. Automate support processes and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems. Regularly update, track, and resolve technical challenges to ensure system reliability.
Must-Have:
Skills Proficiency in Java and AWS.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills. Experience using GenAI is Nice to have. Basic understanding of SQL for performing queries.
