About the role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Tax Counsel based in New Brunswick, NJ, reporting to the Global Head of Tax. You will lead the Tax Counsel Group, oversee cross-border and domestic deals, and shape strategy during the DePuy Synthes separation, with potential post-separation employment under DePuy Synthes policies.
You will provide high-level tax guidance to senior management and partner with Treasury and external advisors.
