The Managing Director will also personally manage a portfolio of significant partners and is expected to have a strong background in corporate philanthropy, social responsibility, or partnerships, with a proven track record of senior-level relationship management. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees or certifications in fundraising. A minimum of 7 years' experience in fundraising, partnership management, or account management is required, along with a deep commitment to the company's mission and values. The role demands a candidate with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships. Experience in the education sector or mission-driven nonprofit fundraising is a plus.
