We oversee every construction phase to help ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.What you'll be challenged to do: As a Senior Construction Manager, you will ensure quality and high standards of performance and compliance across both design and construction activities, working closely with consultants, contractors, and vendors. You will make timely decisions to support project progress and keep construction efforts moving forward.You will identify and address design and construction issues early, minimizing risk and preventing costly impacts. This role requires you to manage multiple projects and contracts while balancing coordination, problem solving, and leadership responsibilities across all phases of construction.Your work will include oversight of new construction, rehabilitation, and modernization projects, with a focus on maintaining project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery standards.In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Manage all phases of construction across multiple contracts, from planning through closeoutCoordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep projects on trackReview and interpret contract documents, including plans and specificationsMonitor scope, schedule, and budget while identifying risks and solutionsSupport decision-making through clear communication and problem solvingContribute to both new construction and major renovation projectsWhat you'll bring to our firm: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field8+ years of experience in construction and design-related rolesAt least 4 years managing construction projects across multiple phasesStrong understanding of contract documents, drawings, and specificationsClear communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working on public sector projectsWhat we prefer you bring: Candidate mush have experience with public projects10-12 years of experience with building construction (New and major renovations)Compensation: The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
