About the role
Body Shop Customer Service RepJeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville Body Shop is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Body Shop Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the body shop
- Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their repairs
- Ensure that the body shop is clean and organized at all times
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction.
Collaborate with technicians, parts departments, and insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth repair processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a body shop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive repair is a plus
