An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Phoenix, AZ.Key Responsibilities/Skills: Greet clients and visitors at reception, announce and direct themAnswer and properly route incoming phone calls (multiple lines, two companies)Perform administrative dutiesPerform data entry and track I9 formsAssist in the review project detail reports as needed and make corrections as neededMaintain various group email rosters, office seating assignment drawings, and keep current phone listingsSubmit service tickets for building and office machine repairs as neededConfirm repairs are complete and follow up when appropriateAssist with meeting coordination including meal catering and room set upAssist Payroll Group with check printing and distributionAssist in the month-end close and reporting process as neededCoordinate and arrange meetings including agenda preparation, meeting invitations, reserving and preparing facilities and resources, and arranging offsite meetings as requestedMaintain contact list and calendars in OutlookArrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservationsMaintain various logs, reports and templatesGreet scheduled visitors and direct to appropriate area or personAssist managers with planning and scheduling of activitiesWork productively and meet deadlines timelyCommunicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environmentPerform work safely and effectivelyUnderstand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policiesOther duties as assignedPerks of Joining JLM:We offer a competitive compensation package as well as benefits including Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Life, and Paid Time Off!Compensation:$20.00 - $27.00 per hour JLM is a DBE-accredited agency specializing in finding world-class talent and managing infrastructure project staffing needs.
