About the role
Cetera Retire, Sales Support ConsultantAs a Cetera Retire, Sales Support Consultant, you will partner with our Retirement Sales Consultants (RSCs) to support the growth of our retirement plan business. This role focuses on sales support, pipeline management, Salesforce administration, proposal coordination, advisor support, and onboarding activities. You will work closely with advisors, prospects, TPAs, recordkeepers, and internal business partners to help drive sales activity and deliver an exceptional client experience.What You'll Do: Maintain opportunities, activities, and reporting within Salesforce.Support pipeline management, proposal coordination, and sales reporting.Research retirement plan prospects and sales opportunities.Schedule advisor, prospect, client, and internal meetings.Serve as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Implementation, and advisor-facing teams.Support onboarding and implementation activities for newly sold retirement plans.Respond to advisor inquiries and assist with issue resolution.Support sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and special projects.Collaborate with home office departments to improve processes and advisor experience.What You Need to HaveBachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in sales support, financial services, retirement plans, or related fields.Microsoft Office proficiency required; Salesforce experience preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.Experience with retirement plans, wealth management, broker-dealers, recordkeepers, or TPA services preferred.Knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k) plans, preferred.Retirement industry designations such as QKA, Q(k)S, AIF, or CRPS are a plus.Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a growing, dynamic organization.Compensation: The salary range for this role is $63,000-$88,000, plus competitive incentive compensation package. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Compensation ranges may differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
