Introduction: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to provide excellent service to visitors, customers, and guests while supporting daily front desk operations. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a professional environment.
Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, customers, and guests in a courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and general inquiries. Provide accurate information and assistance to visitors. Manage appointments, schedules, and front desk activities. Maintain an organized and professional reception area. Receive and distribute mail, packages, and correspondence. Assist with basic administrative duties and recordkeeping. Communicate visitor or customer requests to the appropriate team members. Support general office operations as needed.
Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer and office software skills. Ability to remain professional in a busy environment. Reliable and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous front desk or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Training provided for qualified candidates.
