Mandate The mission of this full‐time position is to provide exceptional support to Advisors, Assistants, and Staff. The Systems Administrator must support and evolve a modern Microsoft365‐based environment, focusing on cloud‐first identity, security, and endpoint management.This role will be pivotal in transitioning the firm from hybrid infrastructure to a fully cloud‐managed environment over the next 3–5 years, driving improvements in automation, security posture, and end‐user experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssess technology needs and develop solutions to meet them. Maintain security solutions, including Microsoft Defender suite and email protection. Support and manage endpoints via Microsoft Intune (device compliance, app deployment, policy enforcement). Administer and support the Microsoft365 (E5) environment, including ExchangeOnline, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Troubleshoot Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid identity environments.Assist with identity and access management, including Conditional Access, MFA, and security best practices. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Advisors, Assistants, and Staff, escalating more complex issues as needed. Develop automation scripts with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to improve efficiency. Adapt quickly to new technologies. Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs. Resourceful, solving technical problems effectively. Excellent initiative, attentiveness, and quick learning. Education, Training & Experience Associate's degree or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience providing network and computer support services to small and medium‐size businesses. Certifications in Microsoft products, A+, Net+, Sec+ (preferred). Experience with Windows11, WindowsServer, and Microsoft365 products.Experience with virtualization technologies including Hyper‐V and cloud infrastructure concepts. Experience in infrastructure or cloud projects within an MSP or enterprise environment (preferred). Automation, PowerShell, or scripting experience (preferred). SaaS administration experience (preferred). Microsoft Intune administration (preferred). Microsoft Entra ID administration (preferred).
