Job Description:
The Bingo Manager is responsible for overseeing the weekly bingo games and special fundraising events, ensuring an engaging and smooth experience for all participants. This role includes supervising a small team, managing event logistics, and maintaining compliance with local gaming regulations. The Bingo Manager also handles cash transactions securely and utilizes specialized Bingo management software to optimize game operations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage regular weekly and special bingo events Supervise a team of 1-3 staff members Provide excellent customer service with moderate participant interaction Handle cash transactions accurately and securely Plan and organize bingo games to maximize participant engagement Manage inventory of bingo materials and supplies Ensure compliance with local gaming regulations Utilize specialized Bingo management software for smooth game operations
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years experience in event or game management High school diploma or equivalent Skills in cash handling and inventory control Strong customer service and team leadership abilities Effective communication skills
