Job Description: We are seeking experienced Assembly Line Associates for an opportunity specializing in the manufacturing of vehicle suspension systems. This position will be responsible for assembling products and components according to established procedures and quality standards. Qualifications: 6+ months of consistent factory or manufacturing experience required Experience working on an assembly line or in a production environment preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required. Available Shifts 1st and 2nd shifts 10 hours Monday-Thursday/Tuesday-Friday Day and Night 12-hour shifts Friday-Sunday Overtime Available
Responsibilities: Assemble vehicle suspension components according to established procedures Operate basic production equipment and hand tools Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow all company safety and production guidelines Meet established production and quality standards
