About the role

Park Meadows Post Acute is seeking a Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s plan. You will identify residents, record observations, report changes, and assist with daily activities to ensure comfort and safety. The role requires a minimum of a 10th grade education and state CNA licensure; CPR is preferred. You will work under Nurse Supervisors, maintain confidentiality, and cooperate with staff to deliver quality
