About the role
Overview
In this role you will serve as the strategic HR partner for the Commercial business in the Electrical Sector Americas, guiding talent, culture, and workforce initiatives to enable growth and operational excellence. You will influence business strategy with workforce insights, lead HR transformation and organization design, and champion leadership development and employee engagement. You will work closely with executive leaders to ensure people strategies align with business priorities and enable market leadership. This is a high-impact, executive-facing role shaping the talent agenda in a global, matrix environment.

Responsibilities Strategic business partnership with Commercial Leadership Teams and senior leaders Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership assessment Oversee organization design and enterprise/sector-wide transformations Develop leadership development strategies and strengthen leadership pipeline Drive culture and employee engagement aligned with Eaton's principles Lead workforce planning and HR strategy with analytics to guide decisions Provide executive-level guidance on employee relations, risk mitigation, and policy application Ensure deployment of enterprise HR processes and collaboration across HR teams
Key requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Minimum 12–15 years of progressive HR experience 5+ years of leading teams in a highly matrix global environment Experience influencing senior-level executive leaders Demonstrated success in talent management, organization design, leadership development, and workforce planning Experience leading HR teams through organizational transformation and growth Experience using analytics to drive business and talent decisions Strategic thinking Executive communication Collaborative leadership Workforce analytics Talent management and succession planning Organizational design
